Upon entering Boardwalk 124, you are greeted by a bright, open-concept living area that seamlessly blends coastal elegance with casual comfort. The spacious living room features plush seating, tasteful décor, and a large flat-screen TV, making it an ideal spot to relax after a day of exploring or enjoying the beach. Large sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony that offers incredible views of the boardwalk and the resort’s lush surroundings, creating the perfect setting for watching the sunrise or unwinding in the evening.

This tri-level vacation home has sleeping accommodations on all levels with each bedroom equipped with an ensuite bathroom. The first bedroom is located on the main level of the home with two queen beds. The second and third bedrooms are located on the second level of the home. And the primary bedroom and bath make up the third level of the home.

Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.
Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.
Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and remaining 50% is due at 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, 100% of your total vacation rental will be charged.
All deposits are nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.
Check in is 4 p.m. Homes and condos guests may check-in with the Guest Experience team at the Welcome Gate on your arrival to the resort. When you arrive at the Welcome Gate of the resort, our Guest Experience team there will orientate you with the resort and check your gate pass or can provide you with a pass.
Our Welcome Gate is monitored 24 hours.
Check out time is 10am. Instructions will be shared with you upon your arrival, it may vary by unit.
While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.
