All Seasons G3 is a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium situated in a premier Vail location. With the slopes, Golden Peak, and Gondola One just across the street, this is the ideal spot for a memorable ski vacation. Located directly across from the Golden Peak lifts, ski facilities, and children's ski school, and only a 3-minute walk to Chair 6, this sunny condo features vaulted ceilings, views of Golden Peak, and a south-facing balcony with a BBQ grill. It’s perfect for families looking to be near all the action of the Village without being right in the middle of it.

Condo comes with 1 free, on-site parking space in a gated lot ($50 a day value in the ski season )

Please note that this unit does not have air conditioning, we use the fresh, Rocky Mountain air to stay cool!

Great location! Everything seems a little old.. the pictures are outdated.. still had a great time! And they answer really quickly questions and support in changing the gas tank..

The location couldn't be better, parking was easy and hassle free. Check-in staff incredibly friendly and helpful.
The unit itself needs a bit of TLC. It's looking a bit worn and dated.

Amazing location! Walkable to everything in Vail Village while still being tucked away in a quiet area. The unit is definitely outdated, we couldn’t get the microwave to work. But it is well worth the price we paid.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Not too far from Gondola One, but distance can seem longer if you are carrying skis back/forth. Very close to Vail Village so most places we went to eat was ~7-15 min walk. Accommodations themselves was great, clean and fully met our expectations.

Picture perfect location. Right down town Vail. Access to what I’d consider a hot tub pool. That was fantastic. Unit was as described and perfect in size for a party of 4. Would def stay again

The best location in vail walking to village and golden peak area right across the street. Wished there was a pool downstairs. The Christiani pool is a walking distance away. The bed was very firm. Lots of space for our family of 4

Great location, clean and comfortable
This condo was very convenient to Vail Village and the slopes. It was roomy and comfortable for our family of 4. The decor was a bit outdated, but all clean and in working order. Good value for the price.

We came for the Go Pro Mountain Games and the location couldn't have been better for us. We were far enough away from the bars and restaurants to experience a little serenity, but close enough to get in the action when we were ready!

Great location and a wonderful condo! No air conditioning, but luckily, opening the windows at night kept it comfortable. The Christiania Lodge folks were helpful with some packages I needed to receive during my stay too. Right in the heart of Vail village and great for for families.

Policies

Must cancel 30 day prior to arrival to avoid 100% penalty fee that equated to 100% of your total rental charges

A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.

Departure Cleaning Fees vary by seasonality and by property and will be itemized when completing your booking

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.

Check out time is at 10am.

Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and remaining 50% is due at 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, 100% of your total vacation rental will be charged. 

All deposits are nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.

Check in is 4 p.m. Homes and condos guests may check-in with the Guest Experience team at the Welcome Gate on your arrival to the resort. When you arrive at the Welcome Gate of the resort, our Guest Experience team there will orientate you with the resort and check your gate pass or can provide you with a pass.

Our Welcome Gate is monitored 24 hours.

Check out time is 10am. Instructions will be shared with you upon your arrival, it may vary by unit. 

While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.
