This home is beautiful, a fantastic home base to enjoy the island. We loved the indoor/outdoor living and the real indoor plants throughout. Beach gear was appreciated. The private beach is a 5 minute drive - we highly recommend the onsite restaurant there (farm to table, try the calamari!)

Amazing views. Amazing location.
This charming house is nestled in Champion Ridge, offering breathtaking views of the 15th green at Mauna Lani’s North Course. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the beach club, gym, and other amenities at the Auberge grounds. Fully stocked and spacious, this home boasts stunning views and an outdoor area that’s simply spectacular. It even has a hot tub, infinity pool, and outdoor kitchen. Plus, each bedroom has its own bathroom, making it ideal for traveling with adults. If you’re looking for an exceptional stay, this property meets all the marks.

Policies

Must cancel 30 day prior to arrival to avoid 100% penalty fee that equated to 100% of your total rental charges

A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.

Departure Cleaning Fees vary by seasonality and by property and will be itemized when completing your booking

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.

Check out time is at 10am.

Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and remaining 50% is due at 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, 100% of your total vacation rental will be charged. 

All deposits are nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.

Check in is 4 p.m. Homes and condos guests may check-in with the Guest Experience team at the Welcome Gate on your arrival to the resort. When you arrive at the Welcome Gate of the resort, our Guest Experience team there will orientate you with the resort and check your gate pass or can provide you with a pass.

Our Welcome Gate is monitored 24 hours.

Check out time is 10am. Instructions will be shared with you upon your arrival, it may vary by unit. 

While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.
