This two-bedroom vacation condo steps from Maui’s famous Kaanapali Beach is the perfect retreat for the dream Hawaii vacation. Modern features like wood flooring, stainless steel kitchen appliances, wall-mounted flat screen TVs, and comfortable furnishings throughout combine to create a welcoming and relaxing home away from home.

The open floor plan combines the living room, dining room, kitchen, and outdoor lanai into one large social gathering area that serves as the heart of the home. Unwind at night after a day exploring the island with a movie on the 50” flat screen TV. Guests can gather around the oversized sectional sofa or choose to relax in one of the two private arm chairs with their favorite magazine or novel. While some guests choose to lounge, others can be preparing snacks in the kitchen, drinking coffee on the lanai, or eating a meal on the dining room table. Bold blue hues highlighted in the wall art and side chairs combine with tropical patterns and Hawaiian imagery to remind you that you are vacationing steps from the Maui ocean!

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to plan a meal or two in if you like. Prepare a light snack or cocktails and serve them around the extended kitchen island. Head down to the pool deck to grill up some fresh caught fish or tropically marinated steaks. Ask our staff grill-master for tips on preparing the perfect flame-charred recipe!

The primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed as well as a separate sofa and ottoman. A work desk also offers a private location for completing some work tasks while on vacation if needed. The en suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower and custom bidet. The second bedroom offers the flexibility of two queen beds and an additional en suite bathroom for convenient access.

Beautiful Stay
We were traveling with our daughter and her family. The condo was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, as were the bathrooms and laundry. Wonderful birdsongs on the lanai every morning with a great view of the West Maui mountains. The condo was very very clean. Right on the beach and so convenient to Whaler’s Village, where you can find anything you need to eat, drink, and purchase We definitely hope to return. Mahalo for sharing your beautiful condo.

Maui Paradise
From the moment we pulled up to the property, everything was perfect! We were welcomed with a big “Aloha” before we even got out of the car! Everyone was so welcoming, the property is absolutely breathtaking and the condo was gorgeous! It was perfect for our family of four including two college aged kids. This condo would easily accommodate six people. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped. The beach is beautiful, and literally just steps from the condo!! The waves are strong, so definitely better for older/stronger swimmers, but you can walk a little further down the beach and find a little calmer water. We loved the fact we could easily walk to all of the restaurants and shops at Whaler’s Village and grocery stores, snorkeling and excursions are all just a short trip away. This was our first time to Maui, but can’t imagine staying anywhere else! Would definitely stay again!! It has the best of both worlds, your own private condo with all of the amenities of a resort!! Beach gear service, towel service, concierge, etc. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We can’t wait to come again!!!

Stunning spacious condo
My family of 4 plus a friend stayed at this condo in July 2024 and it was amazing! Immaculate and very spacious. Kitchen was extremely well equipped. We will definitely book this home again!

Beautiful unit right on the beach
The unit was beautiful, new and large for our family of 4. There was a large kitchen to cook. Kaanapali Alii is right on the beach and fabulous location close to Whaler's Village. I would definitely recommend staying here and we'd love to stay here again!

Policies

Must cancel 30 day prior to arrival to avoid 100% penalty fee that equated to 100% of your total rental charges

A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.

Departure Cleaning Fees vary by seasonality and by property and will be itemized when completing your booking

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.

Check out time is at 10am.

Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and remaining 50% is due at 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, 100% of your total vacation rental will be charged. 

All deposits are nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.

Check in is 4 p.m. Homes and condos guests may check-in with the Guest Experience team at the Welcome Gate on your arrival to the resort. When you arrive at the Welcome Gate of the resort, our Guest Experience team there will orientate you with the resort and check your gate pass or can provide you with a pass.

Our Welcome Gate is monitored 24 hours.

Check out time is 10am. Instructions will be shared with you upon your arrival, it may vary by unit. 

While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.
