Because Kaanapali Alii 485 is a corner unit, half of the walls that make up the living room, kitchen, and dining room are covered with floor-to-ceiling windows or transparent sliding doors. The constant natural light that fills this vacation condo will rejuvenate you with energy to explore the sights and sounds of the Valley Isle.

The dual couches in the living room combined with the coffee table and formal dining room table create plenty of comfortable options for gathering. Take the activities outside onto your private lanai overlooking the green Maui landscape. Relax on the padded chaise lounge with a book in your hand or play a board game with friends or family members on the lanai table.

The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The extended bar-like island is perfect for arranging snacks or tropical fruit on for afternoon pupus or a breakfast buffet.

The large primary bedroom features a king bed. If you need to send off a few emails while on vacation, take advantage of the private desk located in the primary bedroom. Work remotely and effectively in the privacy of your own room while others in your party enjoy the rest of the large vacation residence. The walk-in rainfall shower setup in the primary bedroom will be a relaxing treat to cap off your day. The second bedroom features two full-size beds along with an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed if you need to sleep an additional two guests.

Guests have access to an array of resort amenities, including oceanfront swimming pools with waterfalls, whirlpool spas, a state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga studio, and tennis courts. Policies

Must cancel 30 day prior to arrival to avoid 100% penalty fee that equated to 100% of your total rental charges

A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.

Departure Cleaning Fees vary by seasonality and by property and will be itemized when completing your booking

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.

Check out time is at 10am.

Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and remaining 50% is due at 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, 100% of your total vacation rental will be charged. 

All deposits are nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.

Check in is 4 p.m. Homes and condos guests may check-in with the Guest Experience team at the Welcome Gate on your arrival to the resort. When you arrive at the Welcome Gate of the resort, our Guest Experience team there will orientate you with the resort and check your gate pass or can provide you with a pass.

Our Welcome Gate is monitored 24 hours.

Check out time is 10am. Instructions will be shared with you upon your arrival, it may vary by unit. 

While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.
