Villa 1 at The Lodge at Kukui’ula is a discerning traveler’s dream vacation home in Koloa, Kauai. With three bedrooms in the main house featuring a king bed in the primary and second bedroom and two twins that can convert into one king in the third bedroom, as well as a separate ‘ohana with king bed, this house can sleep up to eight guests comfortably. Each spacious bedroom has an en-suite bathroom complete with private lava rock outdoor shower.

The four bedroom villas are the largest and most luxurious floor plans at The Lodge at Kukui’ula. When staying in a villa guests enjoy exclusive access to the award winning private club facilities and amenities of The Club at Kukui’ula, including the 18-hole Tom Weiskopf designed golf course, sprawling spa and wellness complex, 10-acre organic farm, club house facilities, two restaurants and a complex of saline pools.

The open floor plan in Villa 1 boasts high ceilings throughout, a large gourmet kitchen and butler’s pantry, a comfortable living room, dining area and laundry room. A retractable window wall allows for true indoor-outdoor living Kauai-style with a private plunge pool, lounge area, outdoor kitchen and dining area outside.

This residence is within quick walking distance of the Club at Kukui’ula and overlooks the golf course with ocean views beyond.

Policies

Must cancel 30 day prior to arrival to avoid 100% penalty fee that equated to 100% of your total rental charges

A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.

Departure Cleaning Fees vary by seasonality and by property and will be itemized when completing your booking

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.

Check out time is at 10am.

Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and remaining 50% is due at 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, 100% of your total vacation rental will be charged. 

All deposits are nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.

Check in is 4 p.m. Homes and condos guests may check-in with the Guest Experience team at the Welcome Gate on your arrival to the resort. When you arrive at the Welcome Gate of the resort, our Guest Experience team there will orientate you with the resort and check your gate pass or can provide you with a pass.

Our Welcome Gate is monitored 24 hours.

Check out time is 10am. Instructions will be shared with you upon your arrival, it may vary by unit. 

While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.
