Step onto the screened-in porch or private deck to take in serene lagoon views and enjoy the coastal breeze.
All three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, each offering plush bedding and peaceful views. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed with a private deck overlooking the lagoon, perfect for morning coffee or unwinding at sunset. The second bedroom also features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and direct access to a deck with tennis court views. The third bedroom includes two twin beds, making it ideal for kids or extra guests. A sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional accommodations, making this home ideal for families or small groups.

Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.
Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.
Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and remaining 50% is due at 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, 100% of your total vacation rental will be charged.
All deposits are nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.
Check in is 4 p.m. Homes and condos guests may check-in with the Guest Experience team at the Welcome Gate on your arrival to the resort. When you arrive at the Welcome Gate of the resort, our Guest Experience team there will orientate you with the resort and check your gate pass or can provide you with a pass.
Our Welcome Gate is monitored 24 hours.
Check out time is 10am. Instructions will be shared with you upon your arrival, it may vary by unit.
While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.
