Landmark West 110 is a 600 square foot mountain view condominium located in the heart of Lionshead Village, offering a cozy and convenient home base for your Vail vacation. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit includes a master bedroom with a queen bed, a bunk bed neatly positioned in the hallway, and a sofa sleeper in the living area, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen with wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and hardwood floors, as well as a dining area that seats four. Enjoy relaxing in the living room with a flat-screen TV and standard cable television or step outside to make use of the barbecue grill.

Great location in Lionshead Village and a 15 minute walk to Vail Village. I was concerned about the lack of air conditioning in July but opening the windows to let in the crisp mountain air proved even better than ac. Nice view of the mountains over the village and everything was perfectly clean and stocked.

really nice place, has all the amenities you want. 3 hot tubs that weren't that crowded. fireplace, grill, and great views of Vail. Really close to the lift. The front desk staff is really friendly.

Great location
We stayed for a weekend of skiing, this unit is in a very convenient location to chair 8 and walking distance to bars, restaurants, and shops in Lionshead. The unit was clean and well-appointed. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect location and the coziest space for our family for a fun birthday weekend in the heart of Lionshead! Our boys especially loved the bunk space that hides away with the sliding barn doors! Thanks for everything!

Policies

Must cancel 30 day prior to arrival to avoid 100% penalty fee that equated to 100% of your total rental charges

A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.

Departure Cleaning Fees vary by seasonality and by property and will be itemized when completing your booking

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.

Check out time is at 10am.

Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and remaining 50% is due at 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, 100% of your total vacation rental will be charged. 

All deposits are nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.

Check in is 4 p.m. Homes and condos guests may check-in with the Guest Experience team at the Welcome Gate on your arrival to the resort. When you arrive at the Welcome Gate of the resort, our Guest Experience team there will orientate you with the resort and check your gate pass or can provide you with a pass.

Our Welcome Gate is monitored 24 hours.

Check out time is 10am. Instructions will be shared with you upon your arrival, it may vary by unit. 

While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.
