This one-bedroom, two-bathroom unit features a master bedroom with a king bed, a bunk bed in a flexible space, and a sofa sleeper in the living area, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and hardwood floors, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy your stay. Additional amenities include washer and dryer in the unit.

Wonderful Condo
Landmark 111 was clean, well appointed and in a great location. The heated pool and three hot tubs were spacious and never crowded. The management was professional and attentive. Would highly recommend.

This place was fantastic. It was in a beautiful setting. We had a wonderful time. We are in Colorado for 21 days and have stayed in 8 places. This is by far the best place by a long shot. It was actually better than we expected. The host communicated extremely well. The surrounding area for July 4th holiday was unforgettable. If we get back to Vail we would love to stay here again.

Excellent Property Mgmt
The property mgmt really took care of us. There was an issue with the actual property booked, which we did not know about. The property mgmt group handled it on their end and relocated us to an alternate unit. In addition the location of this property and the amenities are wonderful. Highly recommend.

New Year's Family Ski Trip
Location was perfect! Clean and cozy, just perfect for the four of us. This is our new favorite ski location. Amenities were great, staff was excellent! The Village, Lionshead, the slopes, and people were great! The daily snow was the cherry on top!

Great location - need better AC
Loved this property! Location was great ! Bed was so very comfy. Updated appliances. Really nice but it was hot and the AC units weren’t working so it was a little warm. Won’t stay here until unit is updated

Unbelievable unit right in the heart of it all in Lionshead village. Minutes to walk to the gondola and steps from all of the activity and shopping in Lionshead village. Three hot tubs and a heated pool were a great way to unwind and the ski locker and parking were super convenient benefits as well. Hope its available when we make a trip back next year!

Our stay was better than we could’ve expected. Even though they were two adults and three teenagers, we had plenty of room. The decor was clean and modern. The kitchen was well stocked cooking supplies and plates cups etc. Our check-in and checkout was seamless. The location is truly ideal. The pool and three hot tubs sealed the deal. We all agreed that we would stay in the same location again if we come back.

Policies

Must cancel 30 day prior to arrival to avoid 100% penalty fee that equated to 100% of your total rental charges

A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.

Departure Cleaning Fees vary by seasonality and by property and will be itemized when completing your booking

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.

Check out time is at 10am.

Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and remaining 50% is due at 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, 100% of your total vacation rental will be charged. 

All deposits are nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.

Check in is 4 p.m. Homes and condos guests may check-in with the Guest Experience team at the Welcome Gate on your arrival to the resort. When you arrive at the Welcome Gate of the resort, our Guest Experience team there will orientate you with the resort and check your gate pass or can provide you with a pass.

Our Welcome Gate is monitored 24 hours.

Check out time is 10am. Instructions will be shared with you upon your arrival, it may vary by unit. 

While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.
