Landmark West 112 is a spacious 800 square foot mountain view condominium located in Lionshead Village, offering a comfortable and versatile stay in Vail. This one-bedroom plus flex space unit features a queen bed in the master bedroom, a twin-size bunk bed in the additional flex space, and a sofa sleeper in the living room, accommodating up to six guests. The condo includes two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals during your stay.

Winter Break Vacation
Property is very convenient, right next to the in town bus stop, the general store and a very short walk to the Gondola. Having the second bath room helps so much with two teens.

Landmark Hotel
We really enjoyed our stay at the Landmark. We have been staying here for the last few years. It is convenient to the slopes, restaurants and the bus stop. This year we rented a smaller condo. The only complaint we had was the bunk room was small for two adults. Otherwise, we had a great trip.

You cannot find a better place to stay with this location for the value DRV is offering! We lucked out and had a balcony facing the slopes right from Lionshead Village. Incredible location and very convenient for getting to the slopes and other amenities in the village. Hot tub was a great addition as well. Only downfall, to be listed as a 6 person unit, the bunk beds are in a large closet. This was not an issue, but with plans to house 6 people you most likely need multiple cars. Since this is only a 1 bedroom, you are only allowed 1 parking spot. Other than this miscommunication (and lack of clarification on my part beforehand) it was an incredible experience and I will 100% be back again! Thanks!!

Location is about as good as it gets in the heart of Lionshead village. Probably a <2 minute walk to Eagle Bahn gondola. Close, convenient free bus to Vail Village. Good place for 4-5 guests, 6 would get tight.

Policies

Must cancel 30 day prior to arrival to avoid 100% penalty fee that equated to 100% of your total rental charges

A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.

Departure Cleaning Fees vary by seasonality and by property and will be itemized when completing your booking

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.

Check out time is at 10am.

Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and remaining 50% is due at 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, 100% of your total vacation rental will be charged. 

All deposits are nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.

Check in is 4 p.m. Homes and condos guests may check-in with the Guest Experience team at the Welcome Gate on your arrival to the resort. When you arrive at the Welcome Gate of the resort, our Guest Experience team there will orientate you with the resort and check your gate pass or can provide you with a pass.

Our Welcome Gate is monitored 24 hours.

Check out time is 10am. Instructions will be shared with you upon your arrival, it may vary by unit. 

While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.
