Landmark 202 is a 1,010 square foot mountain view condominium in Lionshead Village, offering a comfortable and well-appointed stay. This two-bedroom, two-bath unit features a king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom, with additional sleeping space provided by a sofa sleeper in the living room. The condo includes standard cable television, a flat-screen TV in the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with hardwood floors throughout. Additional conveniences include an in-room washer and dryer.

Incredible location, well-maintained and loved apartment. Our family of 4 was so comfortable here. The ski locker was convenient for storing our gear; front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Like all properties managed by this company, the kitchen cabinets are bare bones, so if you’re wondering whether to buy something the answer is yes! Only salt and pepper provided. Closets had extra pillows and blankets to ensure a cozy stay. Would surely come here again!

We visited in the summer and thought the unit and location was outstanding. We could walk to The Little Diner (use the reservation system on their web site, it's magic!), the General Store (steps from the elevator), the Gondola to Eagle's Nest for hiking, bike rentals and several really great restaurants. Underground parking was a plus. Internet was great for business use and streaming. 3 (!) hot tubs were great so we could social distance. The photos were perfectly accurate. Communication was efficient and effective. Hotel services elevated the experience. It was a really wonderful stay. 5 stars.

Family ski trip
Loved the location! Our second time staying at the Landmark and we will be back- so easy and close and the condo is the perfect size for a family of 3-4. Front desk concierge was very helpful!

Perfect location
Perfect location, overlooking Lionshead square area, pool and hot tubs w/ views of mountain. Unbelievably convenient to shops below- Ski Base ski shop is directly below the condo, along with convenience store, liquor store, restaurants, etc. Living, kitchen, balcony areas are perfect and exceeded expectations. Spare room w/ two beds and bathrooms were perfect. Master bedroom was tight- king bed filled most of the room. Master bath is tight. Master bed and bath seem to be the most dated areas of the condo and don't fit with the rest- Master felt like the spare room. Comfortable bed. We arrived late as I-70 was closed at night due to weather on the way in and we left early for the airport so we didn't have any experience with the front desk. Our welcome packet w/ keys were waiting with our name in a lock box. Good experience.

Great Location, but Unit could use some updating
The Landmark's location is fantastic. Easy to get to the mountain and all of the restaurants and shops in Lionshead Village. Our Unit (L202) has a great view of the Village and you can see several of the trails on the mountain. The unit itself could use a bit of updating. For example, the fan in the master bathroom is as loud as a train engine and the shower is dark and cramped. In addition, the couch in the living area was not really comfortable unless you took the back cushions completely off of it. At some point, the coffee maker should be upgraded to a Keurig. Nevertheless, these are all small things relatively speaking and the Unit and the Property itself are certainly worth visiting.

Exactly as listed and Very nice property. Very central in Lionshead so walkable to everything Vail. Only critique is that the pool was closed for maintenance when the advertisement listed it as open year round.

Perfect spot in Lionshead. If you know the Landmark, you'll get what you're expecting. Not the newest and fanciest place, but close to everything with all the amenities within walking distance that you could want.

Policies

Must cancel 30 day prior to arrival to avoid 100% penalty fee that equated to 100% of your total rental charges

A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.

Departure Cleaning Fees vary by seasonality and by property and will be itemized when completing your booking

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.

Check out time is at 10am.

Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and remaining 50% is due at 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, 100% of your total vacation rental will be charged. 

All deposits are nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.

Check in is 4 p.m. Homes and condos guests may check-in with the Guest Experience team at the Welcome Gate on your arrival to the resort. When you arrive at the Welcome Gate of the resort, our Guest Experience team there will orientate you with the resort and check your gate pass or can provide you with a pass.

Our Welcome Gate is monitored 24 hours.

Check out time is 10am. Instructions will be shared with you upon your arrival, it may vary by unit. 

While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.
