This 1,310 square-foot mountain view condominium features three bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with a captain's bunk—plus a sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodating up to eight guests comfortably. Enjoy modern comforts like a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, hardwood floors, and air conditioning. The condo also includes standard cable television, a flat-screen TV in the living room, and a washer and dryer.

Our stay at Coral Tree was amazing! The photos don’t even do it justice. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. We didn’t expect to have daily cleaning either - that was a huge plus!
All the comforts and luxuries of a hotel, with the space and convenience of an Airbnb.

Great location- nice condo-made for a great trip!
We booked this property and were very pleased with the location in the village. It had plenty of room for our family and you cannot beat the location - close to the Gondola and the Chop House. The ski lockers were great so we could store our skiis during our trip. Daily maid service was a bonus- beds were made and we had fresh towels when returned from our day on the slopes. I would recommend The Landmark and this condo !

Policies

Must cancel 30 day prior to arrival to avoid 100% penalty fee that equated to 100% of your total rental charges

A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.

Departure Cleaning Fees vary by seasonality and by property and will be itemized when completing your booking

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.

Check out time is at 10am.

Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and remaining 50% is due at 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, 100% of your total vacation rental will be charged. 

All deposits are nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.

Check in is 4 p.m. Homes and condos guests may check-in with the Guest Experience team at the Welcome Gate on your arrival to the resort. When you arrive at the Welcome Gate of the resort, our Guest Experience team there will orientate you with the resort and check your gate pass or can provide you with a pass.

Our Welcome Gate is monitored 24 hours.

Check out time is 10am. Instructions will be shared with you upon your arrival, it may vary by unit. 

While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.
