This expansive unit includes three bedrooms and a den: a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with a captain's bunk and a daybed. There are four bathrooms, standard cable television, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The living area features flat-screen TVs and two fireplaces for cozy evenings. Additional amenities include hardwood floors, a washer and dryer.

Great location and a great space for a family of six. Check in was very easy and the parking very convenient. We had a small niggle with the bathtub plug on arrival but it was fixed within a couple of hours.
Skiing very close and shopping literally on your doorstep. A great time was had by the whole family (three generations).

Perfect spot in Lionshead!
Great spot in Lionshead. Very spacious for family of 5. Only wish dressers were available So we could unpack. Staff and cleaning crew were fab. See you next year!

Fantastic location. Great value. Great pool. Great parking situation. Very clean. Upstairs bedroom isn’t a very good draw, especially in summer: there’s no ac so you need the windows open to let the day’s heat out and the cool air in but the room backs to I-70 so gets a lot of noise (like semis) all night long. Good news is the window is literally quadruple pane so as long as you can keep it closed, the sound is almost unnoticeable.

The check in was easy and the place was the same as described. There was a problem with the fireplace in the living room that it didn't work on the 3rd day but we had the heater so it wasn't a big problem.

Policies

Must cancel 30 day prior to arrival to avoid 100% penalty fee that equated to 100% of your total rental charges

A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.

Departure Cleaning Fees vary by seasonality and by property and will be itemized when completing your booking

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.

Check out time is at 10am.

Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and remaining 50% is due at 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, 100% of your total vacation rental will be charged. 

All deposits are nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.

Check in is 4 p.m. Homes and condos guests may check-in with the Guest Experience team at the Welcome Gate on your arrival to the resort. When you arrive at the Welcome Gate of the resort, our Guest Experience team there will orientate you with the resort and check your gate pass or can provide you with a pass.

Our Welcome Gate is monitored 24 hours.

Check out time is 10am. Instructions will be shared with you upon your arrival, it may vary by unit. 

While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.

Optional for a fee
