Management was very responsive to one problem we had - there was poor temperature control. The problem was addressed immediately and resolved. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful.

This place was really close to the gondola for skiing, to shops and restaurants. Definitely a prime location. There is a shuttle bus stop right next to it for easy access to Vail. Check-in was seemless and the parking in the residences was great. There was a leak in the original booking, but they managed to give us a different unit with the same mountain view. No crazy checkout instructions.

Our stay at The Landmark was amazing. The location is an easy 3-5 minute walk to the Eagle Bahn gondola, and is surrounded by shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the three heated jacuzzis and heated outdoor pool after a great day of skiing. It was very convenient to use the ski locker to store our gear overnight. I also appreciated the underground parking. The room was exactly as advertised, with a great view of the mountain. It was clean, warm and very comfortable. The Landmark staff was also nice and very helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice but smaller than it appears in wide-angle photos in ad.
Hi-end unit, great Lionshead location with an acceptable amount of wear and tear. 25-30 % smaller than it appears in the ad. Earplugs needed to sleep through the night because baseboard heaters in both bedrooms were quite noisy. 5 remote controls for TV.

Great location and condo!
We appreciated the easy parking, check-in and property amenities. The view is excellent. The condo was well stocked and furnished. We were comfortable and had a great time. We hadn’t realized there was no air conditioning, but the cool nights and opening the windows made that not a problem.

Awesome views. Very clean. Spacious living area. Easy access to anything you want (breakfast, lunch or dinner, shopping, etc.). Essentially hike up the mountain right from your building if you’d like. Little warm inside at night (our stay was late Aug/early Sept) but we’ll stay here again in a heart beat.

Mostly great and as expected. The view from balcony is amazing. The only thing to gripe about is the kitchen supplies.
Don't expect any condiments like salt, pepper, hot sauce, sugar or cooking oil. No scissors to be found. Knives were horrendously dull... all of them. Toaster oven is also the microwave so be prepared to split your time. Luckily the saving grace during all this was the little general store right outside the building. Otherwise, cozy and beautiful place to stay.

Aubrey's place in The Landmark is great! Not only is the unit well equipped and maintained but you also get access to the pool and hot tubs and get a private downstairs locker for your skis. The unit has a great balcony looking at the mountains and the gondola is a 5minute walk. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Vail.

Policies

Must cancel 30 day prior to arrival to avoid 100% penalty fee that equated to 100% of your total rental charges

A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.

Departure Cleaning Fees vary by seasonality and by property and will be itemized when completing your booking

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.

Check out time is at 10am.

Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and remaining 50% is due at 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, 100% of your total vacation rental will be charged. 

All deposits are nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.

Check in is 4 p.m. Homes and condos guests may check-in with the Guest Experience team at the Welcome Gate on your arrival to the resort. When you arrive at the Welcome Gate of the resort, our Guest Experience team there will orientate you with the resort and check your gate pass or can provide you with a pass.

Our Welcome Gate is monitored 24 hours.

Check out time is 10am. Instructions will be shared with you upon your arrival, it may vary by unit. 

While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.
