This unit features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a king bed in the master bedroom and two double beds in the second bedroom. The living area includes a sofa sleeper for additional guests and a flat-screen TV, while standard cable television is provided for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen ensures that all your cooking needs are met.

Always love the Landmark Vail
It is always great to stay here. We loved 601. Expansive mountain and valley views. We enjoy being able to walk everywhere. We can hike up the hill under the gondola, and trot over to the village for lunch. It had everything we needed, and wanted, to cook and grill at the condo after a day out and about. Always delightful.

The pictures don’t even do the view justice. The place was perfect and cozy but why you stay there is for the location and view. Being a corner unit you not only had a 180 degree view but also could peak outside to see how long the gondola lift line was or if the hot tub was free. Super easy check in/out and the staff was great. Will definitely stay here again!

First off, this place is exactly like the photos they provided. We took a look on real estate websites and this is definitely a million dollar condo. Our major reason for choosing this one was because of the view. We loved sitting on the huge balcony for breakfast and warm inside after skiing.
The master has the shower and the double sink that shares it with the rest of the condo. The two twin beds in the separate room have their own shower/bathroom to themselves. We're really looking forward to bringing some other couples next time.
The other thing that really surprised us is how easy check in is at this location. I'm sure it's not just this specific condo, but the whole complex. We use this site a lot and this was by far the easiest we've had, especially since we didn't arrive till after 8pm.

Policies

Must cancel 30 day prior to arrival to avoid 100% penalty fee that equated to 100% of your total rental charges

A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.

Departure Cleaning Fees vary by seasonality and by property and will be itemized when completing your booking

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.

Check out time is at 10am.

Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and remaining 50% is due at 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, 100% of your total vacation rental will be charged. 

All deposits are nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.

Check in is 4 p.m. Homes and condos guests may check-in with the Guest Experience team at the Welcome Gate on your arrival to the resort. When you arrive at the Welcome Gate of the resort, our Guest Experience team there will orientate you with the resort and check your gate pass or can provide you with a pass.

Our Welcome Gate is monitored 24 hours.

Check out time is 10am. Instructions will be shared with you upon your arrival, it may vary by unit. 

While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.

Optional for a fee
